The Budget Monitoring and Control Service is developed in accordance with Article 112 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan link and aims to modernize and improve budget monitoring, ensuring a new procedure for the budget process.

The Service also automates the processes of introducing new, excluding, or changing the current types of budget revenues in the Budget Classification, according to the Rules for the formation of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 14, 2014, No. 494.
